A warm welcome to my web-site, I provide a counselling and psychotherapy service for individuals and couples and am based in Anerley / Penge in South London close to Bromley and Croydon . On the following pages, I have explained a little bit about what counselling and psychotherapy are, who I am and what qualifies me to work with you, areas that I am experienced and trained in and finally aim to answer some of the questions you may have. I have given a brief explanation of what the difference is between counselling and psychotherapy on the next page but from now on I will be using the terms interchangeably.

Counselling can be of help under many circumstances examples of which are;
Loss of direction, lack of sense of identity, relationship issues, concerns about alcohol or drugs, stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, work-related problems, bereavement (including pets), loneliness, childhood sexual abuse, adult rape, diagnosis of an illness.
If you are looking for relationship counselling it may be for a number of reasons, some of which I mention on the next page.

My counselling practice, in South London (Anerley / Penge), close to Bromley and Croydon is within easy reach of Central London, from both London Bridge and London Victoria mainline stations, and by train, tram and bus from the following areas; Bromley, Croydon, Anerley, Penge, Norwood, Crystal Palace, Streatham, Balham and Brixton. There is also plenty of unrestricted on-road parking.
